ARTESIA MAGISTRATE COURT

Judge Daniel Reyes Jr.

Shauntiqua Felicia Fuller, 22, of Artesia, found guilty of probation violation. Sentenced to continue sentence of 40 days’ detention and 77 days’ supervised probation. Total fines and fees $100. In a separate judgment, Fuller was scheduled to appear for pretrial conference Sept. 30 on charges of battery upon a household member and violation of an order of protection.

Rebecca B. Price, 22, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for an extradition hearing Sept. 23 on charges of being a fugitive from justice relating to an original warrant from Hudspeth County, Texas, for possession of a controlled substance, to wit: heroin.

Tisha R. McCormick, 26, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for preliminary hearing Sept. 23 on charges of DWI (first offense) and abandonment or abuse of a child.

Charles Franks, 20, of Artesia, found guilty of probation violation. Ordered to enroll with ASU and re—enroll with Grammy’s Batterers’ Intervention Program. Total fines and fees $100. In a separate judgment, Franks was bound over to district court on charges of three counts of unlawful taking of a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance.

Joseph Fuentes, 19, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for pretrial conference Sept. 30 on charges of criminal damage to property (under $1,000). In a separate judgment, Fuentes was found guilty of possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 364 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $451.

Jesirae Vasquez, 28, of El Paso, Texas, scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing Sept. 23 on charges of shoplifting ($1,714.91).

Eva Linares, 35, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing Sept. 23 on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

Pedro Dominguez, 31, of Lovington, pleaded guilty to shoplifting. Scheduled for sentencing Oct. 21.
