Courtney M. Worley, found guilty of contempt of court, failure to comply with conditions of supervised probation. Sentenced to 30 at Artesia Detention Center.
Joel C. Olivos, charges of unlawful use of license/suspended and contempt of court, failure to appear for trial were dismissed with prejudice.
Johnathan S. Carter, found guilty of contempt of court, failure to comply with electronic home detention. Sentenced to 15 days at Artesia Detention Center. Found guilty of two counts of contempt of court, failure to pay fines. Sentenced to four days at Artesia Detention Center.
