ARRESTS

1:12 p.m. – Gavin J. Soto, 19, of Artesia, arrested on magistrate and municipal warrants for resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and destroying or tampering with property.

3:22 p.m. – Aldo Luna, 16, of Artesia, arrested and charged with abuse of glue or aerosol spray inhalants.

3:22 p.m. – Colin Cazares, 15, of Artesia, arrested and charged with abuse of glue or aerosol spray inhalants.

3:23 p.m. – Jabar Raglin, 31, of Artesia, arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana (under one ounce), and possession, delivery or manufacturing of drug paraphernalia.
