Ricardo E. Martinez, 57, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for pretrial conference March 30 on charges of violation of a restraining order prohibiting domestic violence.
Morgan Lew Helper, 27, of Shiprock, found guilty of driving on a revoked license, DWI, and speeding. Sentenced to seven days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $522.
Christopher Montes, 37, of Artesia, found guilty of driving on a revoked license. Sentenced to seven days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $431.
Jabar T. Raglin, 31, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for preliminary examination Feb. 17 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, to wit: methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. In a separate ruling, Raglin was scheduled to appear for a non-jury trial Feb. 17 on charges of use or possession of drug paraphernalia. In a separate ruling, Raglin was found guilty of restraining order violation. Sentenced to 90 days in ECDC and 274 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $123.
Allen Houston, 20, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for pretrial conference Feb. 17 on charges of larceny from a building. In a separate ruling, Houston was scheduled to appear for preliminary examination Feb. 17 on charges of possession of burglary tools, non-residential burglary, and criminal damage to property.
Dominic Herrera, 32, of Artesia, found guilty of no proof of insurance and failure to notify MVD of change of address. Total fines and fees $667.
Gavin Soto, 19, of Artesia, found guilty of probation violation. Sentenced to 150 days in ECDC for probation violation and 10 days in ECDC for failure to pay fines. In a separate ruling, Soto was found guilty of resisting, evading or obstructing an officer. Sentenced to 182 days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $123.

Rudi R. Jimenez found guilty of shoplifting. Sentenced to 10 days in the Artesia Detention Center and 20 days on an ankle monitor. Total fines and fees $229.

Karli N. Wilbourn found guilty of marijuana possession and manufacture, possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 90 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $333.
Mandy L. Mullins found guilty of shoplifting. Sentenced to 90 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $129.
Brennan K. Whitzel found guilty of lighted lamps required and operators and chauffeurs must be licensed. Total fines and fees $108.
Augustine L. Ramirez found guilty of manufacture, possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 10 days in the Artesia Detention Center and 90 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $129. In a separate ruling, Ramirez was found guilty of shoplifting and manufacture, possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 10 days in the Artesia Detention Center and 90 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $258. In a separate ruling, Ramirez was found guilty of contempt of court, failure to appear for arraignment. Total fines and fees $29.
Anthony R. Guerrero found guilty of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor or drugs (first offense aggravated). Sentenced to 10 days on an ankle monitoring device. Total fines and fees $489.
Kalama Davis found guilty of contempt of court, failure to appear on subpoena. Total fines and fees $29.
