10:54 p.m. – Lilian L. Crosby, 22, of Artesia, arrested and charged with DWI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

ARTESIA MAGISTRATE COURT

Judge Daniel Reyes Jr.

Alfredo Lucero, 53, of Hagerman, found guilty of driving on a revoked license. Sentenced to seven days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $431. A charge of open container was dismissed.
Gregory Valenzuela, 32, of Artesia, transferred to district court for a competency hearing on charges of murder and two counts of tampering with evidence.
