Gregorio Hernandez, 34, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for preliminary examination June 29 on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a felon, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jabar T. Raglin, 32, of Artesia, found guilty of probation violation. Sentenced to 14 days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $100. In a separate ruling, Raglin was found guilty of violation of a restraining order prohibiting domestic violence. Sentenced to 40 days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $123.
Cristian Javier Marban-Tafoya, 21, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for a probation violation sentencing hearing June 29.
David Rodriguez Mendez, 40, of Carlsbad, found guilty of probation violation. Sentenced to 18 days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $100.
Sterling Crook, 22, of Artesia, found guilty of failure to complete treatment. Sentenced to 264 days in ECDC. In a separate case, Crook is scheduled to appear for pretrial conference June 29 on charges of possession of marijuana.
Belinda Rose Segura-Ontiveros, 22, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for preliminary examination June 1 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, to wit: methamphetamine, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
Ricardo E. Martinez, 67, of Artesia, found guilty of violation of a restraining order prohibiting domestic violence. Sentenced to three days in ECDC and 179 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $123.
Jonathan Garcia, 30, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for pretrial conference June 29 on charges of criminal trespassing and battery against a household member.
Jason W. Phillips, 44, of Artesia, bound over to district court on charges of larceny (over $500).
Robert Hubbell, 26, of Artesia, bound over to district court on charges of possession of a controlled substance, to wit: methamphetamine.
