ARTESIA MUNICIPAL COURT

Judge Kaye L. Kiper

Annabelle L. Castro of Artesia pleaded no contest to shoplifting. Sentenced to 90 days in the Artesia Detention Center with 85 days suspended and 90 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $129.

Pamela Rangel of Artesia pleaded no contest to vehicle approaching or entering an intersection. Total fines and fees $54. A charge of unlawful use of a suspended license was dismissed.
