ARTESIA MUNICIPAL COURT

Judge Kaye L. Kiper

Michael J. Carreon found guilty of mandatory use of seatbelts and unlawful use of a license. Sentenced to four days in the Artesia Detention Center. Total fines and fees $183. In a separate ruling, Carreon was found guilty of failure to appear for arraignment. Total fines and fees $229.

Annette M. Velasquez found guilty of shoplifting. Sentenced to 90 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $229.
Charges of trespassing dismissed without prejudice against Christopher J. Madron.
