Christie Salsberry, 27, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Jan. 4, 2017, for preliminary examination on charges of receiving stolen property (over $20,000) and fraud (over $20,000).
Christopher Lara, 18, of Artesia, found guilty of DWI, reckless driving, possession of alcohol by a minor, and stop sign violation. Sentenced to one year of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $902.
Rene Chavez Jr., 34, of Artesia, found guilty of battery against a household member. Sentenced to 36 days in ECDC and two years of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $123.

Judge D’Ann Read

Tamika L. Alisson, 43, of Artesia, found guilty of aggravated DWI and failure to maintain traffic lanes. Sentenced to two days in ECDC and 362 days of supervised probation. A charge of resisting, evading, or obstructing an officer was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Martin Kelley found guilty of battery. Sentenced to 182 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $73.
