ARTESIA MAGISTRATE COURT
Judge Daniel Reyes Jr.
Melchor Luna, 25, of Artesia, scheduled to appear March 29 for pretrial conference on charges of battery against a household member.
Veronica Madrid, 30, of Artesia, scheduled to appear April 12 for pretrial conference on charges of aggravated DWI and failure to maintain traffic lanes.
Jonathan Mendoza, 31, of Artesia, scheduled to appear April 12 for pretrial conference on charges of unlawful use of a license.
Edward P. Cabazos, 54, of Hurley, found guilty of unlawful use of a license. Sentenced to four days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $231.
Trinidad Malone, 29, of Artesia, found guilty of resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and concealing identity. Sentenced to 364 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $176.
Jeffery Morgan, 22, of Artesia, scheduled to appear March 8 for preliminary examination on two counts of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, possession of a firearm by a felon, and tampering with evidence.
Randy Fernandez, 30, of Artesia, scheduled to appear March 8 for preliminary examination on two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card and fraudulent signing of a credit card receipt.
