Charges of two counts of indecent exposure, two counts of disorderly conduct, abuse of glue or aerosols, and obstructing an officer against Cesar Jimenez, 38, of Artesia, transferred to district court for forensic evaluation testing.

Charges of DWI, unlawful use of a license, failure to give immediate notice of an accident, no insurance, and battery against a household member dismissed against Edwin Ike Mares, 61, of Artesia.

Daniel Lewis, 34, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Aug. 23 for preliminary examination on charges of breaking and entering.

Annette Velasquez, 31, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Sept. 20 for preliminary examination on charges of embezzlement (over $500).

Bernadette M. Molina found guilty of five counts of contempt of court, failure to appear on summons for failure to pay fines. Sentenced to 35 days in the Artesia Detention Center.

James T. Johnson found guilty of operators and chauffeurs must be licensed, turning and stopping movements and required signals, and consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages in a vehicle. Total fines and fees $147.
