Tiffany N. Murrill, 36, of Hobbs, found guilty of no insurance and expired registration. Total fines and fees $567.

Carolina Nunez, 41, of Hobbs, scheduled to appear May 9 for sentencing on charges of unlawful use of a license, reckless driving, open container, and DWI.

Ernesto Lopez, 24, of Artesia, scheduled to appear April 4 for preliminary examination on charges of burglary of a vehicle, larceny, possession of burglary tools, and criminal damage to property.

William Shane Fitzgerald, 22, of Carlsbad, scheduled to appear May 16 for pretrial conference on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.
