12:52 p.m. – Delvin Seth Johnson, 18, of Carlsbad, arrested on two municipal warrants for failure to comply with probation and failure to pay fines.

Scott A. Goss found guilty of current registration not displayed, operators and chauffeurs must be licensed, and mandatory financial responsibility. Total fines and fees $212.

Dalton Truog found guilty of failure to pay fines. Fines and fees were paid in full and defendant was released.
