Osten Marez, 35, of Artesia, scheduled to appear March 13 for pretrial conference on charges of assault.

Brian McIntire, 33, of Carlsbad, bound over to district court on charges of battery upon a peace office, aggravated DWI, and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.

David H. Poage, 54, of Artesia, found guilty of a probation violation. Sentenced to 302 days in ECDC, credit 48 days served, for a total of 254 days.

April Bustamante, 27, of Carlsbad, scheduled to appear Feb. 20 for a probation violation hearing.

Scott Standard, 37, of Lake Arthur, found guilty of failure to pay fines. Sentenced to 18 days in ECDC.

Heather Lynn Kalas, 31, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Feb. 20 for an extradition hearing on being a fugitive from justice out of Jefferson County, Texas.

David D. Aguilar, 25, of Artesia, bound over to district court on charges of forgery, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana.

Larry Rayford Troublefield III, 23, of Carlsbad, bound over to district court on charges of aggravated battery and aggravated assault.

Fabian Torres, 20, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Feb. 20 for preliminary examination on charges of possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael Romero, 41, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Feb. 20 for an extradition hearing on a fugitive from justice charge for failure to appear and money laundering out of Coconino County, Ariz.

Ahmed Ben Ahmed Abdulla, 36, of Artesia, scheduled to appear March 13 for pretrial conference on charges of DWI, negligent use of a deadly weapon, unlawful use of a license, and speeding.
