Bobby Lee Wilder, 64, of Artesia, scheduled to appear

for two pretrial conferences on two counts of criminal trespassing.

Nov. 27

Isiah Thompson, 25, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for pretrial conference on charges of battery against a household member and criminal damage to property of a household member.

Stephen Losoya, 23, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Oct. 23 for preliminary examination on charges of aggravated burglary, possession of burglary tools, larceny of a firearm, two counts of burglary, two counts of larceny, and three counts of attempt to commit burglary.

Jamar E. Dickey, 39, of Artesia, found guilty of unlawful use of a license, no proof of insurance, vehicle subject to registration, improper equipment, concealing identity, and two instances of probation violation. Sentenced to 25 days in the Eddy County Detention Center. Total fines and fees $939.

Christopher Shields, 32, of Hobbs, found guilty of probation violation. Sentenced to 209 days in the Eddy County Detention Center.

Jesus Bravo, 18, of Artesia, bound over to district court on charges of two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, nonresidential burglary, criminal damage to property (over $1,000), conspiracy to commit non—residential burglary, tampering with evidence, larceny, possession of burglary tools, attempt to commit a felony, and criminal damage to property (under $1,000).

Abel Ibanez, 25, of Artesia, bound over to district court on charges of non—residential burglary, larceny (over $500), and criminal damage to property (under $1,000).

Sheila Madrid, 32, of Artesia, found guilty of battery and interference with communications. Sentenced to 81 days in the Eddy County Detention Center. Total fines and fees $276. In a separate action, Madrid was scheduled to appear for pretrial conference on charges of criminal trespassing.

Nov. 13

Frankie Sisk, 22, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for preliminary examination on charges of possession of a controlled substance, to wit: methamphetamine.

Jesse Howes, 31, of Lakewood, scheduled to appear for pretrial conference on charges of negligent use of a deadly weapon
