Judge Jimmy C. Foster
Charles Davis, 30, of Artesia, found guilty of probation violation. Sentenced to three days in the Eddy County Detention Center and 99 days of supervised probation with the Eddy County Alternative Sentencing Unit. Total fines and fees $100.

Jacob Reid Davis, 25, of San Augustine, Texas, found guilty of unlawful use of a license. Total fines and fees $181.

Felicia Carnero, 39, of Roswell, found guilty of probation violation. Sentenced to 30 days in the Eddy County Detention Center and 78 days of supervised probation with the Eddy County Alternative Sentencing Unit.

Stephanie Kirkpatrick, 35, of Artesia, found guilty of probation violation. Sentenced to 131 days in the Eddy County Detention Center.

Delfina Olivas, 37, of Artesia, found guilty of failure to pay fines. Sentenced to three days in the Eddy County Detention Center.

Devin Scott, 19, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Jan. 8, 2020, for pretrial conference on charges of battery against a household member.

Christopher Lugo, 36, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Jan.

John Paul Bratcher, 31, of Artesia, found guilty of probation violation. Sentenced to 25 days in the Eddy County Detention Center and five years of supervised probation with the Eddy County Alternative Sentencing Unit.

for preliminary examination on charges of possession of a controlled substance, to wit:
