Stephen Losoya, 23, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Jan. 22 for preliminary examination on charges of aggravated burglary and larceny of a firearm.

Petra Melissa Talavera, 31, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Jan. 22 for preliminary examination on charges of perjury and four counts of theft of identity. In a separate action, Talavera was found guilty of probation violation. Sentenced to 14 days in the Eddy County Detention Center. Total fines and fees $100.

Angelita Delgado, 39, of Artesia, found guilty of probation violation. Sentenced to 328 days in the Eddy County Detention Center.

David J. Barnes, 19, of Artesia, found guilty of larceny. Sentenced to 38 days in the Eddy County Detention Center. Total fines and fees $173.

Timothy Hoerath, 41, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Jan. 22 for preliminary examination on charges of battery against a household member and two counts of aggravated battery.

Thomas G. Griffin Jr., 46, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Jan. 22 for preliminary examinationon charges of trafficking of a controlled substance, to wit: methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

In a separate action, Franco was scheduled to appear Feb. 12 for pretrial conference on charges of resisting, evading or obstructing an officer. In a separate action, Franco was found guilty of failure to pay fines. Sentenced to 12 days in the Eddy County Detention Center.

Tristyn Carlo, 24, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Feb. 5 for pretrial conference on charges of fraud.

Candice Bernal, 29, of Artesia, found guilty of disorderly conduct. Sentenced to 15 days in the Eddy County Detention Center. Total fines and fees $73.

Rigoberto Gutierrez, 42, of Artesia, found guilty of aggravated DWI, careless driving, unlawful use of a license, and failure to maintain traffic lanes. Sentenced to two days in the Eddy County Detention Center. Total fines and fees $450.

Juan Antonio Aguilera, 32, of Artesia, bound over to district court on charges of aggravated fleeing, felon in possession of a firearm, distribution of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to give immediate notice of an accident, stop sign violation, no seatbelt, leaving the scene of an accident, and unlawful use of a license.

Christopher Lugo, of Artesia, found guilty of harassment and dialing 911 to report a false complaint. Total fines and fees $176.

Miranda Rains, 33, of Artesia, found guilty of shoplifting. Total fines and fees $73.

Joseph Sedillo, 38, of Artesia, found guilty of shoplifting. Total fines and fees $123.

Brittany Bierner, 20, of Truth or Consequences, found guilty of shoplifting, concealing identity, and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer. Sentenced to 43 days in the Eddy County Detention Center. Total fines and fees $229.

Benjamin Arenivas, 32, of Artesia, bound over to district court on charges of battery upon a peace officer and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.

Eva Linares, 39, of Artesia, bound over to district court on charges of possession of a controlled substance.

Mary Morales Aguilar, 33, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Jan. 22 for pretrial conference on charges of fraudulent use of a credit card. In a separate action, Aguilar was found guilty of pedestrians on roadways. Total fines and fees $86. In a separate action, Aguilar was scheduled to appear Jan. 22 for pretrial conference on charges of shoplifting. In a separate action, Aguilar was scheduled to appear Jan. 27 for non-jury trial on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Angela Alvarez, 53, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Feb. 5 for pretrial conference on charges of shoplifting.

Angeline Ponce, 23, of Artesia, found guilty of failure to pay fines. Sentenced to nine days in the Eddy County Detention Center.

Esther Munoz, 51, of Roswell, found guilty of failure to pay fines. Sentenced to eight days in the Eddy County Detention Center.

Melissa Ortega, 38, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Feb. 5 for preliminary examination on charges of disorderly conduct, stalking, and aggravated assault.
