manager.

As a dedicated employee of the Artesia Aquatic Center for the last four years, this marks DeHoyos’ fourth promotion during her tenure.

DeHoyos began her career at the Center as a front desk team member. Born and raised in Artesia, she has deep ties to the community and has continually demonstrated her commitment and expertise. Her certifications include
Certified Pool Operator, American Red Cross Lifeguard Certified, American Red Cross Lifeguard Management Certified and American Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid
Instructor.

“Sabrina DeHoyos is a dedicated professional who has worked tirelessly for our members and guests in Artesia,” said Vice President of SFC Aquatics Ken Cobb,
who praised DeHoyos’ commitment. “We are fortunate to have a local operations manager so tied to the community and committed to the aquatic center.”

In her new role as general manager, DeHoyos will oversee a team of approximately 70 staff members, ensuring that the Artesia Aquatic Center continues to provide exceptional service and memorable water experiences. She
is also the proud mother of a 3-year-old son, adding to her connection and commitment to the local community.

The Artesia Aquatic Center is the ultimate destination in Artesia for friends and families to have fun, stay active, and make memories. DeHoyos will support its mission through high-quality amenities and extraordinary customer service. The facility offers a unique balance between entertainment and education while promoting physical activity through various activities, such as swim lessons, swim teams, water fitness classes, tumbling, and American Red Cross certification courses.

Visitors can enjoy the Center’s four unique bodies of water, including an outdoor, one-of-a-kind Bulldog recreation pool with a lazy river, three water slides, and
an indoor pool open year-round. As general manager, DeHoyos will aim to help build a stronger community through inclusion, ensuring everyone has access to fun activities right in their own backyard.
