Artesia High School juniors and seniors with Ladies Élan and New Knights (LENK) prepare to open Sweet Tooth, a dessert café, Thursday evening at Hobo’s Meat and Bread. Sweet Tooth will be open from 6-9 p.m. Thursdays and from 7-10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays for the next four weeks. The students will be responsible for every aspect of the café in order to understand the various ins and outs of running a small business.
