The colorful mural includes the school motto, “Relevance, Relationships and Rigor.” Ferguson explained they spent five hours a day painting the mural over a two week period. “We began drawing with chalk and it turned into ‘this thing.’ Also, I was working on calligraphy at the moment and decided to add the school’s motto,” said Ferguson about how the mural transpired.
