City of Artesia crews set up temporary stop signs after an unhitched trailer knocked out a stoplight at the intersection of 20th and Main streets Monday morning. According to Commander Lindell Smith of the Artesia Police Department, the incident was most likely caused by equipment malfunction, for which a citation was issued.
