Armando Lucero with the City of Artesia paints right-turn lanes this morning on east- and westbound Grand Avenue at its intersection with 20th Street. The lanes had been a fixture at the intersection but were not repainted following the repaving of the road, causing frustration amongst drivers as some continued to observe the “invisible” lanes while some did not. Today’s restriping will clear up that confusion as well as improve traffic flow at the busy intersection. Grace Miller – Daily Press
