ARTESIA — The Scholarship Advisory Committee of the Artesia Special Hospital District is pleased to announce that two employees of Artesia General Hospital were recently awarded scholarships in the amount of $1,000.

Garcia is an Emergency Room Registration Clerk and currently attends New Mexico State University-Carlsbad in pursuit of a nursing degree.  Brader is an Emergency Room Nurse pursuing a Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati with a focus on advanced family practice.
