Juan Villegas, 30, and Carlos Najera, 43, both of Hobbs, were charged Tuesday night in connection with the homicide of Anna L. Villegas, 30, of Seminole, Texas.
The victim was discovered at approximately 10:38 a.m. the day after Thanksgiving, Nov. 29, by a Hobbs resident who was hunting near the Pecos River off of Highway 31, according to the Eddy County Sheriff’s Office. … For the rest of the story, subscribe in print and on the web.
