Dina Williams is making a splash as the new Dolphin teacher at Grand Heights Early Childhood Center.

Williams, her husband and two children, one age 19 and the other a fifth-grader at Yeso Elementary School, moved to Artesia last month after two years of waiting to make the move. Her husband accepted a job two years ago at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center with the Border Patrol.
