LOVING — Sheriff’s deputies in Eddy County are investigating the death of a woman whose bound and naked body was found north of Loving.
At approximately 10:38 a.m. Nov. 29, a Hobbs resident was hunting near the Pecos River off of Highway 31 when he discovered the body.
