With Election Day approaching November 3, Republican candidates gathered in Artesia Friday for a campaign rally at the Artesia Country Club.
Hosted by State Sen. Jim Townsend (R-34) State Sen. Candy Spence Ezell (R-32) and State Rep. Jon Henry (R-54), the rally featured candidates for major state offices and for U.S. House Rep. District 3.

Speakers highlighted their stances on a number of issues ranging from economic development to education.
“There has never been a time where people need to be vocal and active. If you stay home, you elect a Democrat,” Townsend said.
