The Artesia Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting last week to celebrate the grand opening of Papa Murphy’s Take ‘N’ Bake Pizza’s Artesia food trailer. Papa Murphy’s will be parked at Big Chief Trading Post & Pawn, 1409 W. Main St., from 2:30-6 p.m. every Friday. Classic menu pizzas will be available, but those wishing to customize their pie may call Papa Murphy’s Roswell location at 575-622-4999 on Thursdays to place a special order that will then be brought to town on Friday.
