An accident occurred this morning near Yeso Elementary School when Paul Bennett, a custodian at Yeso who was leaving work at approximately 9 a.m., turned left onto a right-turn-only street. The vehicle he was driving, which belonged to his girlfriend, Angie Williams, rolled on top of another motorist’s Honda. The driver of the Honda, Tamra Bedard, of Artesia, was on her way to work when her vehicle was struck.
