A local man was arrested this morning on a warrant for multiple charges of criminal sexual penetration and criminal sexual contact of a minor.
Jarret F. Poe, 45, of Artesia, has been charged with four counts of criminal sexual penetration of a minor (first degree felony), three counts of criminal sexual penetration of a minor (second degree felony), one count of criminal sexual contact of a minor (second degree felony), and one count of criminal sexual contact of a minor (fourth degree felony). … For the rest of the story, subscribe in print and on the web.
