3:33 p.m. – The Albuqueque Journal Reports, Robert Flores was convicted Thursday afternoon of negligent child abuse and tampering with evidence. Flores, 28, was taken into custody immediately on the order of District Judge Fernando Macías, who ordered a presentence report.

Macías decided to increase the bond to $100,000, so Flores will remain in custody until the amount is posted.

2:56 p.m. – According to an Albuquerque Journal report, Robert Flores was convicted this afternoon of child abuse resulting in death and tampering with evidence. The former Artesia High star quarterback was accused in the death of his 4-month-old daughter in 2007.
