The Artesia City Council will meet Tuesday with a light agenda that includes the consideration of a few personnel, community development, and delinquent account matters.

The council will hear a request from Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church for the use of Guadalupe Park in September for its annual Fall Fiesta. During the personnel portion of the meeting, a trio of hires will also be up for approval, as well as a temporary salary increase.

The council will review and potentially grant approval to its FY 2019-23 Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan (ICIP), the projects of which were detailed in the Aug. 1 edition of the Daily Press.

Finally, the council will discuss and determine whether to approve the publication of delinquent utility accounts, as well as set a public hearing date on the subject.

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 22, in Council Chambers at City Hall.
