NCA Architects of Albuquerque will be working closely with Artesia Mainstreet to construct a new Eddy County Sub Office in the Main Street District of Artesia.

Eddy County Commissioners voted to enter into contract negotiations with NCA Architects during the County Commission meeting Tuesday morning.

Commissioners Jack Volpato and Lewis Derrick were initially reluctant to hire the Albuquerque company instead of two other local companies bidding on the project.
