Central Valley Electric Cooperative (CVE) welcomed area officials, dignitaries and the public to its new headquarters this morning on North 13th Street.

CVE General Manager and Executive Vice President Chuck Pinson cut the ceremonial ribbon in front of the cooperative’s new building, after which the Community Room was opened to welcome the crowd and serve refreshments.

“We are really pleased and proud to open it up and proud to be a part of the community, and we’re proud of what we do and are excited for people to come in and see it,” said Pinson. “After the open house, we will be securing the building, but organized tours with escorts will be an option.” … For the rest of the story, subscribe in print and on the web.
