Representatives of the Artesia Chamber of Commerce, the Artesia Library Foundation, the City of Artesia, Sweatt Construction and First American Bank gather this morning at a small ceremony hosted by the chamber to mark the demolition of an old brick building located at Second Street and Quay Avenue.
