Eddy County Shooting Range Association President Dale Rutherford and Vice President Bart Hanson, Former Eddy County Commissioner Glenn Collier, Eddy County Commissioner Lewis Derrick, County Manager Allen Sartin, Shotgun Sports Chairman Bill Rogers and various members of the ESCRA look on during a ribbon cutting ceremony Saturday at the official dedication of the Jesse Don Sumler Memorial Pavilion. With his wife, Janice, daughter, Destinie, and son, Jancey, Jerry Rackley cut the ribbon on behalf of his father. The new pavilion was used this past weekend for the Second Annual Safari Club Sporting Clay Shoot and will be used for the New Mexico State Sporting Clays Championship in two weeks.
