Henry Vasquez

Roswell police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 73-year-old Roswell man reported missing this week by a former roommate, who told police she has not seen him since September.

The woman, who formerly resided with Henry Carrillo Vasquez, 73, told Roswell Police Department investigators she went to check on Vasquez in mid-September at the residence in the 1200 block of North Missouri Avenue where she had also previously lived. She did not find him there.

Vasquez is described as 5’6” tall, weighing about 180 pounds but possibly more or less than that now, with black and gray hair, and brown eyes.

The RPD was previously also seeking 26-year-old Jose Duarte, whose mother said she had not spoken to him since early December and reported last seeing him at a bus stop in Roswell on Dec. 4.

Roswell police say Duarte has been located and is safe.

Anyone with information that could possibly help locate Vasquez and Duarte is asked to call the Roswell Police Department at 624-6770.
