Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 10, at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Springdale, Ark., for John Samuel “Sam” Grantham.
Grantham, 70, passed away Feb. 4, 2016, at Mercy Medical in Rogers, Ark.
Interment will follow the services at the Hickory Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at the Sisco Funeral Chapel.
Sam was born Dec. 11, 1945, in East Grand Plains, N.M., to Robert and Julia (Skinner) Grantham.
He was a truck driver and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include sons Scott Grantham of Rogers and Shalako Grantham and wife Micah of Pea Ridge, Ark.; daughters Shauna Grantham of Rogers and Sharla Keidel and husband Kenny of Goshen, Ark.; brothers Floyd Grantham and wife Margaret of Cottonwood and Roy Grantham of Roswell; sister Sarah Mounce of Elkins, Ark.; 13 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 36 years, Suzy Grantham; and several brothers and sisters.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to The Shriners of Barry County, Mo., 601 E. St. Louis St., Springfield, MO, 65801.
