ARTESIA — The Keeping the Dream Alive Organization will host a celebration in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day Monday, Jan. 16, at the Artesia Center.

Scheduled activities include singing performances by Chantelle Mullen, the Joyful Heart Choir of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church and the Bethel Baptist Church Choir, skits by Artesia (Park) Junior High’s Teenz Talk group and a presentation by keynote speaker Christopher C. Rollerson, president of the Otero County Martin Luther King Jr. Committee.
