Congressman Steve Pearce, along with staff from the Albuquerque Veterans Affairs Hospital, met with area veterans Thursday afternoon at the Ocotillo Performing Arts Center to announce improvements in VA care and address recipients’ concerns.
“After hearing concerns from area veterans related to the VA hospital system, I hosted several meetings last year in (various district cities) to allow veterans and VA hospital staff to interact and communicate their ideas,” said Pearce. “Both veterans and VA staff have communicated that these meetings were extremely successful, and I look forward to helping vets in Artesia with similar needs.” … For the rest of the story, subscribe in print and on the web.
