Kenneth Heck, pastor of the Centre Avenue Baptist Church, has been building access ramps for veterans for the past six years.
The 82-year-old, who has served in the U.S. Navy and Air Force himself, says he started building ramps for veterans and the disabled as a matter of necessity, in order to make a living.
