The 13th Street Renovation Project will start 2014 with the completion of Phase One as AUI is doing the subgrade prep for pouring concrete for curbs and gutters along the 2,200-foot span, according to Jim King, project superintendent.
Despite weather conditions, the completion of Phase One was only affected a few days. The original completion date was set for Jan. 30, and Smith Engineering is still two to four weeks ahead of schedule. … For the rest of the story, subscribe in print and on the web.
