A report of a potentially armed subject evolved into a residential burglary late Wednesday evening.
A reporting party at 304 S. Second St. reported seeing suspicious subjects at 10:54 p.m. Wednesday, stating one may also have been armed with a knife. At 11:39 p.m., the same subjects allegedly broke into the residence.
The suspects were reportedly driving a white four-door vehicle.
The Artesia Police Department is investigating the case.
