Crews with Constructors Inc. began putting up silk fencing today in neighborhoods around 13th Street to prevent debris from going into yards as the 13th Street Reconstruction Project gets underway. Blockades will follow in the next few days, said Phillip Salazar, as he worked alongside Renato Viagas assembling the fencing.
