In addition, the NMDOT has prepared preliminary cost estimates, identified right-of-way needs and drainage improvements, and completed a preliminary assessment of the impacts each alternative would have on drivers, communities, area industry, and the environment. The findings of the evaluation will be presented at the public meetings for public comment.
