David Fuentes Aguirre, 18, of Artesia, found guilty of battery upon a household member. Sentenced to 728 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $123.

James T. Perez, 37, of Artesia, found guilty of use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 297 days of unsupervised probation. Total fines and fees $248.

Manuel Huerta, of Artesia, found guilty of use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 314 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $448.

Megan M. Murrillo, 32, of Artesia, found guilty of probation violation. Reinstated probation and credited for time served.

Chris Dixon, 39, of Artesia, waived a preliminary hearing on five counts of unauthorized use or theft of the card of another. Bound over to district court for trial.

Candido Muniz, 28, of Artesia, bound over to district court on charges of aggravated battery upon a household member inflicting great bodily harm and false imprisonment.

Charges of possession of marijuana under one ounce and criminal trespass dismissed against Jabar T. Raglin.

Monica Aranda, 39, of Dexter, found guilty of DWI (first offense) and failure to maintain traffic lanes. Charges of open container dismissed. Sentenced to 364 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $613.

Joseph M. Vasquez, 26, of Alamogordo, found guilty of two counts of resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct, and pedestrian right of way. Sentenced to 726 days of unsupervised probation. Total fines and fees $340.

Ryan T. Redwine pleaded guilty to contempt of court, failure to appear for arraignment. Sentenced to 90 days in the Artesia Detention Center with 85 days suspended. Total fines and fees $229. In a separate judgment, Redwine pleaded guilty to shoplifting. Sentenced to 90 days in the Artesia Detention Center with 70 days suspended and 90 days of supervised probation, and ordered not to be on the property of Wal—Mart.

Tabytha C. Lopez pleaded guilty to operators and chauffeurs must be licensed, amended from unlawful use of a suspended or revoked license. Total fines and fees $54.

Rickey M. Jimenez pleaded guilty to manufacture, possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 90 days in ECDC with 70 days suspended and 90 days of supervised probation, and ordered to install an ankle monitor. Total fines and fees $229.

Mark O. Rommel pleaded guilty to contempt of court, failure to appear for arraignment. Sentenced to 90 days in the Artesia Detention Center with 90 days suspended. Total fines and fees $129.

Toby S. Kinnibrugh pleaded guilty to two counts of contempt of court, failure to pay fines. Sentenced to four days in the Artesia Detention Center at a rate of $58 per day for $211 in fines and fees.

Charges of vehicle approaching or entering an intersection dismissed with prejudice against Humberto Morales.

Seren Q. Lilly pleaded no contest to shoplifting. Sentenced to 90 days in ECDC with 75 days suspended and 90 days of supervised probation, and ordered to install an ankle monitor. Total fines and fees $129. In a separate judgment, Lilly pleaded no contest to shoplifting and was sentenced to 90 days in the Artesia Detention Center with 80 days suspended and 90 days of supervised probation, and ordered not to be on the property of Wal—Mart. Total fines and fees $129.

Marcus A. Molina pleaded guilty to operators and chauffeurs must be licensed, amended from unlawful use of a suspended or revoked license, violation of signal devices, and mandatory financial responsibility. Total fines and fees $237.

Katrina R. Montes found guilty of two counts of contempt of court, failure to pay fines. Defendant paid fines and fees in full and was released.

Gavin J. Soto pleaded no contest to two counts of contempt of court, failure to comply with conditions of supervised probation. Sentenced to a total of 144 days in the Artesia Detention Center, credit seven days served. Total fines and fees $258.

In a separate judgment, Fierro pleaded no contest to three counts of contempt of court, failure to appear for trial. Sentenced to a total of 270 days in the Artesia Detention Center with 270 days suspended. Total fines and fees $87. In a separate judgment, Fierro pleaded no contest to contempt of court, failure to pay fines. Cash bond applied to fines and fees in full. In a separate judgment, Fierro pleaded no contest to contempt of court, failure to comply with conditions of supervised probation. Sentenced to 19 days in the Artesia Detention Center, credit eight days served. Total fines and fees $29.

Charges of destroying or tampering with property and battery dismissed with prejudice against Marcella Y. Vasquez.

Lupe A. Hernandez Jr. pleaded guilty to two counts of contempt of court, failure to pay fines. Sentenced to eight days in the Artesia Detention Center at a rate of $58 per day for $458 in fines and fees.

Randy L. Bridegroom pleaded no contest to violation of signal devices and unlawful use of a revoked license. Sentenced to 90 days in the Artesia Detention Center with 83 days suspended. Total fines and fees $383.

Steven R. Hernandez Jr. pleaded guilty to two counts of contempt of court, failure to pay fines. Sentenced to three days in the Artesia Detention Center at a rate of $58 per day for $158 in fines and fees.

Anthony R. Rugg found guilty of contempt of court, failure to pay fines. Sentenced to two days in the Artesia Detention Center at a rate of $58 per day for $129 in fines and fees.

Jabar T. Raglin pleaded guilty to contempt of court, failure to pay fines. Sentenced to two days in the Artesia Detention Center at a rate of $58 per day for $129 in fines and fees.
