Charles Heath Davis, 26, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for pretrial conference May 18 on charges of battery upon a household member and criminal damage to property of a household member.
Jonathan C. Bernal, 20, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for preliminary examination May 4 on charges of larceny and non-residential burglary.
Matthew Garcia, 22, of Carlsbad, found guilty of probation violation and no driver’s license. Sentenced to two days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $206. In a separate case, Garcia was scheduled to appear for pretrial conference May 11 on charges of aggravated battery.
Anthony Kaydahzinne, 34, of Artesia, found guilty of abuse of glue or aerosol spray. Sentenced to 90 days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $223.
Stephen Losoya, 19, of Artesia, found guilty of failure to pay. Received credit for time served.
Robin Denise Eaves, of Carlsbad, scheduled to appear for preliminary examination May 4 on charges of possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance, to wit: methamphetamine.
Paul A. Casares, 25, of Artesia, found guilty of concealing identity. Sentenced to 180 days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $73. In a separate case, Casares was scheduled to appear for preliminary examination May 4 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, to wit: methamphetamine.
Hector Hernandez, 26, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for preliminary examination May 4 on charges of concealing identity and battery upon a peace officer. In a separate case, Hernandez was scheduled to appear for pretrial conference May 4 on charges of shoplifting.
Roxanne Martinez, 36, of Rociada, scheduled to appear for preliminary examination May 18 on charges of battery upon a healthcare worker.
