ARRESTS

8:34 a.m. – Lorena Parra, 41, of Artesia, arrested on magistrate warrants for failure to appear and failure to pay.

10:19 a.m. – Belinda Segura-Ontiveros, 22, of Artesia, arrested on a magistrate warrant for failure to comply and charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession, delivery or manufacturing of drug paraphernalia.

12:30 p.m. – Edgar Luevano, 17, of Artesia, arrested and charged with shoplifting and possession of drug paraphernalia.

1:32 p.m. – Gregoria Hernandez Jr., 34, of Artesia, arrested on magistrate warrants for possession of a controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a felon, and possession, delivery or manufacturing of drug paraphernalia.

Dustin McNeely, 36, of Artesia, found guilty of driving on a suspended license. Total fines and fees $231.
Jorge E. Hernandez, 30, of Roswell, scheduled to appear for pretrial conference June 29 on charges of driving on a revoked license and failure to maintain traffic lanes.
