ARTESIA MAGISTRATE COURT

Judge Daniel Reyes Jr.

Cassi J. Rincon, 29, of Carlsbad, found guilty of expired registration and failure to appear. Total fines and fees $206. In a separate ruling, Rincon was scheduled to appear July 20 for pretrial conference on charges of use or possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, speeding (21-25 mph), no proof of insurance, and expired registration.
Timothy Hoerath, 38, of Artesia, found guilty of probation. Sentenced to 329 days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $100. In a separate ruling, Hoerath was scheduled to appear June 29 for pretrial conference on charges of battery against a household member.
Edwin Luna, 21, of Artesia, found guilty of concealing identity and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 364 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $351.
Andres Martinez, 31, of High Rolls, found guilty of use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 15 days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $398.
Luanna Miranda, 30, of Artesia, found guilty of contempt of court, failure to pay. Sentenced to 77 days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $173.
