Rocio Sandoval Munoz, 24, of Pecos, Texas, scheduled to appear Feb. 22 for pretrial conference on charges of concealing identity.
Joe Ruben Dominguez, 20, of Carlsbad, found guilty of probation violation. Total fines and fees $100.
Alfonso Hernandez, 31, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Feb. 1 for preliminary examination on charges of larceny and bribery of a witness.
Richard S. Vela, 36, of Carlsbad, bound over to district court on charges of shoplifting (over $500 but less than $2,500) and conspiracy to commit shoplifting (over $500 but less than $2,500). In a separate ruling, Vela was found guilty of contempt of court. Total fines and fees $173.
Max Rodriguez, 27, of Artesia, found guilty of failure to pay fines. Sentenced to five days in ECDC.
Sylvia Reese, 43, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Feb. 22 for sentencing on charges of criminal damage to property of a household member.
Jerome Reese, 39, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Feb. 22 for sentencing on charges of criminal damage to property of a household member.
Oscar Burciaga, 25, of Hagerman, scheduled to appear Feb. 23 for jury trial on charges of battery against a household member.
